How will you provide water in your Township ?

Q: How will you provide water in your Township ? The Ulhas river nearby is too Polluted I heard.. What about medical emergencies since nearest medic is in Badlapur.. I am interested in living there FULL TIME and not as a Second home..

Hi Maitreya, I agree with praveen.. Even I feel invest your hard earned money on something valuable and worth rather than in such areas. There might be problems in approvals later from govt. If you want to invest in second homes where you can go for weekends, then these options are fine.

You might have to wait for some time before you invest in any project in this area. I would suggest you to look for properties inside the city but affordable rather than these areas. The areas in the outskirts will take some time to glorify and the nearby facilities can be expected within a year or two years time..
