Hi All,I want to know if there is any group for Kethana eternal Accolade project.

Not refunded full booking amount INDIRECTLY I had booked the flat in Accolade. Booking time they told that booking amount will be refunded if I m not satisfy with project and thr is no clause about the deduction in receipt. Based on words and trust I had paid the 1 lakh booking amount. During legal verification, I had not satisfied and opted to cancel. Drastically things changed . They neither receive the calls nor call back. 3 times I visited their office. responses are "I will see what can I do", "We had satisfied you now it's your choice" and said me that they will deduct 20K. I talked with the MD and he said "We will deduct 20K as we had spend that to get the req doc only for you". Sales person said if you want the remaining money get the 20K in CASH. So they had return the 1 lakh by cheque and taken the 20K in CASH w/o any receipt. That's y I mentioned "INDIRECTLY". bcoz legally they had cleared booking amount refund. So I request you people to stay away from Kethana Eternal ppl.
