Q: SNN Raj Eterniia (Harlur Road, Kudlu, Sarjapur) which is in Prior to Pre-launch state but utterly confused because of the location and neighborhood.Please share your views and advices.

Gautam, as far as I know, the location possesses good investment potential. It has good connectivity to the IT corridors which is the main factor to its realty growth.. You can surely go ahead with the location..

Recently I got an update about the project that it will get completed by another 4 years. They bought the land and registered under their name. Approval is in process. They might launch the project by this November. Its ideal for investment, since you wont get the apartment till 2016.
