I recently visited the place. They are saying it will be ready by march '14 in the worse case. After that they will pay penalty of Rs. 2 per square feet. Is 4200 rs psf good price for the location?

Im planning to buy an apartment in Premero and i had recntly visited the site. I could see lot of workers there and the internal work happening. i think the project will be handed over by december. I personally liked the location

It is IGBC rated building which is a third party certification so i think definetety a good investment.

Mantri Premero offers luxury homes (B+G +16 floors) that have been approved by BBMP. It come with all basic amenities. It is located on Sarjapura Main Road, close to Wipro Corporate Office & ORR IT hub. Are you planning to book a flat in this project
