Property Buyer, Apartment Resident, Bangalore
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment under BMRDA limits. The builder says that there is no OC under BMRDA limits and only A-Khata will be provided. It is a ready to move in apartment. Please confirm if this is correct or not? Please explain the details

Latest Answer: Hi, If the builder is giving A Khata then he must have Occupancy Certificate otherwise there must be deviation in the sanctioned plan.

Q: Looking for inputs on this property and the builder. Any valuable inputs will be appreciated.

Latest Answer: It is advisable to go for properties having A Khatha as in case of B Khatha you are not entailed to have building license, trade licence or loan from banks or any other financial transactions. B Khata is a temporary measure which will allow you to buy or sell a site, but you will face problems when you go for construction.

Q: Would like to know more details about approval, construction quality, any other issues etc.

Latest Answer: Hello, Are you planning to buy a flat in this project? If yes then you can Post your Requirements to get matching properties details on your Email and Mobile.
