I know Indiranagar is a very posh area but I am looking for some brief description about the locality and the rate per sqft.

ndira Nagar I St Stage is a great locality to live in. The metro station is located here. There is also plenty of public transport in the form of auto rickshaws and buses readily available. Indira Nagar I St Stage is very close to a number of IT Tech Parks namely Bagmane Tech Park, Embassy Golf Links and RMZ Infinity. These are located around 5-10 minutes drive away.

I have heard that the price of 3bhk apartments in this project would be approximately Rs 1 crores. And amenities given are- 24hr security, CCTV cameras, Automatic Power back up for common area, Rainwater harvesting, Intercom facility to each flat, Home automation, Covered car parking, Gym and Health club, etc. VRR Builders and Developers is developing VRR Midtown. Though this group has not built many apartment projects, it has successfully completed many government projects. It has built many landmark structures for ISRO, BSNL, CPWD, etc.

Thanks Dushyant.. but I haven't heard much of this builder or their other projects, but you are saying that it is reputed one.. Can you give details about their previous projects if any. And I am also looking for details about pricing, amenities, floor plan and more.

Hi Syed, VRR Midtown is a luxury apartment project located in Indira Nagar which is a posh area. It offers 3 bedroom apartments. They are well-designed and many modern facilities will be made available in that project. The builder also has a good reputation in Bangalore.
