Property in Bhiwadi for a budget of 30 lakh

Q: Hi, I am looking to buy a property in a budget of 30 lakh in Bhiwadi. Kindly suggest if any.

reasonably priced, good location and good construction quality (check their last project in bhiwadi itself, which has almost full occupancy now)

Booking is started in Ashiana Town. It is opp to Trehan. The connectivity to the project is improved. Many have already booked in there. The price is above Rs 2600. Ashiana is a reputed builder, so I think this price is not too much.

Hi Daljeet, I heard Terra Castle has been launched recently or it will be launched in a couple of days. My friend has invested in this project, so if interested you can check in that.. He said that it’s a good project for investing. Hope this helps.

I think it is a good choice for long-term investment. Also the Ashiana group is known for its quality and timely delivery.

Hi all, Ashiana Thada project is located adjacent to Hill View and though there is good occupancy, the area is full of potholes. There are two connectivity projects planned to connect NH8 to near Khushera industrial area and from Ashiana to Alwar highway at Nahar company. If anybody knows about the present pricing, please share it.

Hi guys, I heard that Ashiana's new launch is 1.5 kms inside from Alwar bypass road. Ao is it worth investing there? Rental values are also low compared to those in Alwar Bypass. One more point is- Trehan's Hill View society located opposite to Ashiana's plots is quoting rates around 2100-2200 per sq ft on resale. If one buys in Ashiana at higher price and waits for 2 years for possession, while a ready unit is available from another reputed builder right opposite to it at a lesser price.. which is worth? Please give your opinions.

Hi Daljeet, you can enquire in Avalon Royal park or Regal court which are recent launches. Ashiana town and Krish's new project also seem good to me. VBHC has also launched plots which are in pretty good location and 80% finance option is available.
