There is no response from builder, when i asked them about possession date.

Q: I have booked a flat in Mantri Premero in Dec 2011. At the time of booking I was told that I will be getting possession in June 2013. With the current progress there is no possibility for its completion in June'2013. Now I am writing to Mantri people about possession date, but they are not replying on it.
Now I am frustrated and worried about my purchase. Please suggest if there is a way forward.

Any group formed to represent he owners woes? any meeting with the Mantri management? I am keen to book a flat here since its from Mantri group (understand its Sunil mantra, but don't expect much deviation from Sushil Mantri).. any inputs on 4500 per sqft price is good, or it should be negotiated further given the poor execution so far?

Thats absolutely right. Even i own one of the Flat which was booked in June 2012, The possession was told in Sep 2013, then it moved to March 2014, now they are saying it will be finished by the end of the year. But we dont have any hope the project completing.

Hi Ashwani, I was told that possession will be be given in Sep, 2013 at the time I bought in Jan, 2013. Now date is changed to June, 2014. Lets form a group.

Ashwani - I am also a buyer of Mantri Premero. Last 5-6 months there is a delay, and we are doing a follow up. Lets make a small ower group, to get this resolved.

I think you should talk with the builder about the slow progress or you can form a group who has booked flats in this project and ask for some compensation.
