Hi, Has any one booked in Balaji Kalash Phase-5 project? It seems to be a very good location. Will it give a good returns in the next 3-5 yrs? I know the area is close to Panvel Station but still need some development. Kindly share your feedback on locality.
Hi Kishore, They can't even complete there existing phases. Even after 4 years, they couldn't be able to start and didn't get any approval from Authorities. Already lot of people struggling with their held up money.

Builder is telling the project is going to be affiliated by CIDCO,Naina and delay is because of the same. Hi Nilesh, Check the registration paper which you have signed with the builder and read the clause of possession. Is there any clause which says that builder is liable to pay the compensation on delay possession. If yes, then consult the legal adviser and pressurized the builder.
Before buying property, it is very important to ask for the necessary approvals and the land related documents. Secondly, read all the documents and it's clause carefully because most of the clause in favor of the developer.
Hello Sir, Always ask the builder for the land related documents verify it by the local municipal under which it falls. Check all the legal approval documents and verify by a property lawyer and then proceed. Read the sale deed and its clauses otherwise builder may ask for the other charges in between the project.
hi, i was going to book flat but the builder refused to show land ownership documents. i have found that he only leases land from villagers and doesnt buy it. pls beware! i am not investing here. looks like fraud only taking money but no construction progress
