Q: Hello, i got to know that Ashiana is comming up with a new project in Thada Bhiwadi a township spread in 93 acres. what are future prospects of this project and does anyone knows the exact location of this project?

You know brokers will never give you this option because they are not allowed to deal with Ashiana directly, so they have no income from Ashiana group., brokers have 1% direct income with other groups like Terra, Essentia so they will always tell you to go for these projects.I would like to tell you that listen to everyone but you think

i dnt think there is any negotiation in Ashiana as they have fixed 2% discount if you register before launch, they do not negotiate on cash matters like other builders and that is the reason that they are the most ethical builder around Bhiwadi.

hey Bhiwadi is rising up and you wil have a good return and Ashinan is a very good project also. I think it will definatly give you proper and good future returns

Ashina town is near by TREHAN HILL VIEW GARDEN, APPROX 2-3 KM OFF (INSIDE) FROM ALWAR BYPASS. THE REGISTRATION OF THIS TOWNSHIP IS ALREADY OPEN....(THEY ARE TAKING CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF TOP WELL BUILDER PVT LTD,SUBSIDIORY FIRM OF ASHINA....
