Vijay Here. Filing a Case against Orchid Springs for non refund of Booking amount.

Q: Hi this is Vijay,
I had booked a flat in Opal Block in Sep 2012.
Sales excecitives offers exceptionally poor quality of service on queries
On Scrutiny by my lawyer we found that a portion of the land is under dispute between the owners
The sales persons are not responding to queries on cancellation of booking now.
I am preparing a law suit against Orchid springs.
Pls tell me if there is any one in my situation

Hi..you can join the owners group of Alliance Orchid Springs and discuss the same with other owners. You can together take action against builder.
