They have increased the rate price per sqft to Rs 2800. But I wonder after one year's time they have increased the price to just Rs 2800. Why is it so? Any idea?
The government has decided to make it mandatory for developers to specify the amount paid by the buyer towards amenities such as common terrace, staircases and common passage and parking space separately in the agreement executed by the owner. The nature and size of these facilities will also have to be specified. So try to talk with the builder.
