I recently booked (Jan-2015) one 2BHK flat nearby PSR Aster (PSR Flora).Check throughly for deviations from the blue prints, especially for floor area.
Price wise also you will get better options from nearby builders.
Another main thing is while dealing with any cash transactions with PSR Builders, make it clear. Always prompt for bills or receipts as soon as you pay them. If you are not taking steps carefully, you will be in mess like me and my collegue. (Even though we had receipts, Me and my friend suffered a lot) Just send legal notice to them for getting our money back.
