Cheap Quality, Seepage problem, Electric Problem and Construction quality is very cheap. Low quality raw materials, parking issues, power cable issues and what not. You name it you will find all problems in PSR Builders. Please think multiple times before taking flat in PSR and don't become one more scapegoat.
