THANKS ONCE AGAIN, YES THE PLOT IS OWNED BY ME FROM THE 90's SO THIS IDEA WAS FOR A GOOD SOURCE OF RETURNS REGULARY IF THIS PROPOSAL WILL WORKS THE ADJACENT BUILDINGS ARE GODOWNS/FACTORIES ETC., DOING SIMILAR.
AS FOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT THE LANE OF THIS PLOT DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS [IT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APPROVED INDUSTRIAL AREA] THE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT WILL NOT FIND GOOD RETURNS AND THE INVESTMENT TO BUILD WILL COST MORE.
Shivkumar, Balaji is right.. And how about building residential project there? Is it allowed to build residential building there or is it an industrial area?
So it is in off Hosur Road.. are you planning to rent a plot and build godown on it and rent it out to factories? Or do u already own plot there? If u have a own plot, then this idea is good.. if u have to rent then it is not worth I think..

If you are planning to give it for rent, you can expect Rs 15 per square feet (Rs 60,000)approx. But before building to have to check with the local authorities.
