AS FOR RESIDENTIAL PROJECT THE LANE OF THIS PLOT DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS [IT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT APPROVED INDUSTRIAL AREA] THE RESIDENTIAL PROJECT WILL NOT FIND GOOD RETURNS AND THE INVESTMENT TO BUILD WILL COST MORE. ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS, VALUABLE FEED BACKS PLEASE.
