Investment in 2 bhk Rosa Gardenia - Good Decision or not??

Q: Hi, I want to go for Rosa Gardenia. Need to know about the builder, quality of construction, value for money, timely completion and more importantly All papers are cleared or not.

One of the best property in GB road. Highly recommended for investment & self use both. They have already delivered 3-4 towers. Location is excellent, Pokhran, which is a posh locality.

There are 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK available in Ozone. Price starts from 1.09 Cr for a 2bhk apartments which is almost similar to otherdevelopers around. But Acme is a good brand & investment is safe with them.

Hi Gaurav, it is a good project with value for money.. It was constructed in 2010 and the project is of 8 floors. It is situated next To Parshwanath Engineering College, Ghodbunder Road which is a good spot for price appreciation.. It has all the amenities..

Yes i agree with you. Before buying homes we should be aware of the builder and quality of the products are used for making homes. I believe in Hiranandani because i got best home of best quality. I would like to suggest you to visit it once!
