Is buying a property in Prestige Ferns Residency (Off Sarjapur rd) now a good option?

Q: Is buying a property in Prestige Ferns Residency (Off Sarjapur rd) now a good option? It is priced at 5200/sqft currently and payments in 21 installments till june 2016.

Is the price too high now and is there growth in future?

Beware - there is a cemetery close by. not a good idea for high rise building. the adjacent high rise reputed builder owners are also affected and having fights with the builder as the property value has gone down. and the view looks ugly. People have to stand in the balcony and watch the last ritual .. people crying... not nice at all.

I heard that it is an joint venture? How much the statement is true?

I came to know that the land is owned by Ferns Developers and Prestige is constructing the project. So, its a joint development between Ferns and Prestige.

I feel it is worth buying an apartment in this project because of the location and the builder.

As far as I know Prestige is asking for Rs 5365 per square feet. I think it is worth buying a flat in this project. The investment in the area is liable to be fruitful and turn out as smart money.

Has this project been launched? or it is still in pre-launch stage?
