Review on Brundavan Gardenia/ Brundavan Presidency constructed by Brundavan Constructions.

Q: I am planning to invest in a property at Vijay Bank Colony near Bannerghatta road with Deccan Properties. This is their first venture under this name but they are the same builders associated with Brundavan Constructions. I would like feedback from anyone living in either Brundavan Gardenia or Brundavan Presidency on their experience with the builders, the quality of the homes they are living in..and any general feedback for my reference.

How many 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments the builder is offering? Is the project approved by all the civic authorities?

Brundavan Gardenia is coming up in Uttarahalli, a popular residential belt of Bangalore South. The project offers 195 well planned 2 and 3 BHK apartments. All the apartments are designed with complete vaastu compliance.
