Q:I am planning to invest in a property at Vijay Bank Colony near Bannerghatta road with Deccan Properties. This is their first venture under this name but they are the same builders associated with Brundavan Constructions. I would like feedback from anyone living in either Brundavan Gardenia or Brundavan Presidency on their experience with the builders, the quality of the homes they are living in..and any general feedback for my reference.
Latest Answer: AVOID ARATT builders...They r big time fraud and cheater..They will show u the dreams but will never fulfil. If u want to get trapped by their prey, then best of luck for ur hard-earned money..
