Hi Karan , As per my knowledge, Sahidabad is a developed area. Rate of investment is high in this area. This area is well connected by bus , train & metro. Connectivity is not an issue here. The nearest Bus station is Sahibabad Bus stop . The nearest Railway station is Sahibabad railway station & nearest Metro station is Vaishali Metro.
Hi Mr Karan , According to me, Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) is supplying water. Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board (UPSEB) is providing current to this area. Connectivity with existing metro station and proposed high speed rapid transport to go from nearby. All the facilities are available in this locality.
@ Karan , In my point of view, the average residential price of this locality is improving. If you will notice, in year 2009, this area has around 2400/sq-ft average residential price. This price has touched around 4750/sq-ft. So basically any one can observe that, there is change of price is last 3-4 years.
