Well Rituraj, BCC Bharat City Phase-2 is a Ghaziabad Development Authority approved project and all approvals are in place. Construction work has been finished and they have applied for Occupancy Certificate. As far as bank approval is concerned, Axis, SBI, DHFL, ICICI and HDFC have approved it for home loan.
Yes, you will get your flat possession on time. Construction work has finished and they have applied for occupancy certificate. One week ago i visited the site and asked with their site engineer.
