Hi i have booked a flat with MVL Palms on 27.02.13 however since then i have not been asked to pay the 2nd installment yet which was to be paid 30 days from 27.02.13. Can someone please let me know what is the status of the same and whether there are others who are facing such issue.

i also have invested in the 1BHK flats in MVL The Palms. We booked these flats in the month of July 2013 and were assured for a possession of our flats by the end of 2016. Now it’s 2.6 years approximately and we have paid 3 instalments. The recent update that we got from them is that they are planning to start the work at the earliest in the month of April and now they have all the approvals in place.
I just have move in one of the project name 'the Coral'. I like the residential that they have made. It is very good and has use the very good quality of products. Also the flat is well furnished with very good space. They also have some new projects coming up 'The Palms' and 'IndiHomes' they are also going to be very much rich in quality and lifestyle.

hI, I am Rakesh Varshney at 9873648172, 9310874850 and mail rakeshvarshney2003@yahoo.co.in. I had also inversted Rs. 5.5. lacs in MVL Palm in August, 2013. I had mailed to Rakesh Gupta finance Director of the company but to no avail. Company has yet not started the construction. I am planning to complaint the matter to Economic Offence Wing of Police as well as to file civil and criminal suit against builder for recovery of money. If we come together, our complaint shall have force due to unity on the builder as well as law execution agencies. If some one interested contact me on phone or though mail.

Request if you can also keep me posted on the same. Even we had made a whats up group also those who has invested in MVL palms, in that group some peoples has already filed the case in court but not get any solution. It is clear the builder dont have money and they already changed their office also. We have to united and inform the higher authorities about the same.

Hi Rakesh, I understand your concern about the installments and possession but trust me it is going to be fine. There was a lot of chaos during the the construction of The Coral project but when it got delivered, people were happy and satisfied with the quality. Just wait for a little more while, I am sure they will get in touch with you and you'll get the possession of The palms as announces by 26th november, 2016

Hi there, Me and my relatives also have 3 1BHK flats in MVL The Palms. We booked these flats in the month of August/September 2013 and were assured for a possession of our flats by the end of 2016. Now it’s 2.5 years approximately and we have paid 3 instalments. The recent update that we got from them is that they are planning to start the work at the earliest in the month of April and now they have all the approvals in place.
The fact is that I visited their site on 19-Mar-2016 and no work has been started yet. No-one except one guard and an office boy was available at the site. They conveyed that there is some issue going on with the villagers for the land acquisition. This was really surprising for me as it is illegal for any builder to start selling any flat if the required approvals, documentation and sufficient funds are not available. Their indiHomes project is also stooped which is 70% completed. It seems there is something wrong that the builder is hiding from customers.

I received a telephonic call from M/s MVL regarding project has been approved by bank HDFC and the construction work will start in next month. Any confirmation....

Hi, I think all buyer should gathered in builder office and ask for refund with interest. I have inquired this project still not approved and the builder financial condition is not good. Request you please make a group and fight against this fraud company.

As per my knowledge, down payment plan of this project is like:-
At the time of booking- 10%(BSP),
With in 30 Days of booking- 30% (BSP),
With in 60 days of Booking- 30% (BSP)+100%EDC&IDC,
With in 90 days of booking- 25% (BSP)+100% car parking+100% PLC,if any
On offer of possession- 5%(BSP)+other charges if any.

This project has approval from Rajasthan developement authority. Banks financing this project are LIC HFL, HDFC Bank & SBI. This project is in pre launch stage .

According to me, this project is in pre-launch, builder quoted price is 2600/sq-ft to 2650/sq-ft.It is expected that capital appreciation will be 30-40% more in 1-2 year. So this gated community project of 6towers for 1200 families ,is a nice project for long term investment.

Hi , i think you should go and check with the builder as many a times, due to less down payment by other buyers, they take a pause for construction. So call the builder and ask directly.
