Q:We r getting a feeling of being cheated by this brand. . It was assured tht cemetery besides d compound wall of this proj will be shifted soon while booking a flat. But we observed yday tht it has been reconstructed now n still functional. It is going to b a serious health issue(especially 4 kids) as ash n smoke of flames will directly go in all d flats of nearby wings. Worst part is after sales service people couldnt able to address this concern and asked us to wait till thursday ie.16th aug to meet mr. Sunny regarding d same. Disappointed to see d kind of service this brand is giving to customers
Latest Answer: Yes, these guys are selling plots in agree land for which the registration itself is illegal and they also sell plots on lands which are reserved for something or which have many restrictions on the use of land. You can find them selling such plots at throwaway prices in Hinjewadi in Green Zones. So, stay away from such builders and save your hard-earned money.

Builder is desperately trying to revive his image on this forum. You are either a well-wisher of this builder or the builder himself. Your statement Sairung is the only developer I saw that gives 5 years emi option in a project in Hinjewadi. clearly indicate who you are. But let me tell all forum members here that if you do not want to have difficult time in your life then please stay away from Sairung. This is the most unprofessional builder.
Q:how is the builder.i have heard that the builder has bad reputation of delaying possession and being lier.buyers in petals wakad, which is mittals brothers another project have not the possesion from last 3 yrs . the construction is good though
Latest Answer: Booked the apartment in 2015 and still did not get possession. Highly unprofessional CRM team and and do not care for buyer at all..paid 98% payments already still no signs of OC or Possession... Do not reply even after multiple follow ups and asks people to sign own created possession deed (without legal procedures) without sharing soft copy to go through the clauses written (not sharing soft copy so that people can not consult lawyers) .... Forces people to sign many such documents over and above agreement to get the possession but fails to show the occupation cerise. Claims for flat readyness but fails to provide livable society. Asks people to take possession without sharing OC.
Q:One more cheat developer who has falsely committed about the so called project eiffel olympia and assuring of the possession within 18 months and inspite of 40 months have not done so...on the contrary there are some legal cases pending in the court thus making the entire investment at high risk....In spite of taking up the issue with the developer and he committed to resolve the same but later typically arrogant attitude and no sign of solution....awaiting to take it legally.
Latest Answer: Sir We have booked 4 plots in Eiffel developers Tadwadi project Neral.. 4 years back & till date that project has not got launched nor they at refunding the investment amount even after sending legal notice a month back.. nor they are bothered to answer anything... they have tied up with XERBIA & even then they are misusing people's hard earned money till 4 long years & are not ready to return that amount with nominal returns over & above invested amount... anyone please help what to do... & please don't get involved with this company... thinking that its a huge company & has huge brand name.... we can provide proofs of all correspondence if anyone one requires
Q:We bought a 3bhk flat in Tower 22 at Blue Ridge back in June 2012, they promised that the registration process was suppose to be in last july 2012, it's been more than a year now, and still no updates or no registration either..we are very frustrated and doubting about our decision too. They change the Plan without informing to buyer and now denying saying that they already informed all the customer. now Master bedroom is too small that I even cant put queen size bed in that room. ( 8.5x13 ) dimension . Earlier committed was ( as per plan) 13x10.2. Now not ready to reimburse my all losses.
Q:We have a flat booked in this project. We failed to pay one of the installments on time of about 4 lacs when we went later with the amount, they did not accept the payment. They asked us to cancel the booking or pay the new higher rate. Although, as per the agreement we pay 24% interest. But they just wouldn't agree. And if we cancel, they would deduct 50% of the booking amount. This is just not fair. For people who are looking to buy flats in this project, I would say avoid it.
