Klassik Landmark has got approval from BBMP and BDA. Banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI, Bank of India, United Bank of India and Bank of Baroda are offering home loan for this project.

Rate per sqft at Klassik Landmark for :
Phase 1 (Ready to move in ) is Rs.5,229 /-
Phase 2 (Pre-launch price ) is Rs. 4,499/-

Till now they are quoting 3699/sq. ft. But as per their marketing team, they are going to increase the price to 4200 soon.

Hi, basically I run a property management services. But this one i am trying to buy for myself. Now they are quoating Rs3700 per sq.ft. As i am in the same field, I used to visit their another project "Klassik Benchmark". Now I am looking for following help here.
1) Any leads who bouth Klassik Landmark during prelaunch offer to know the price.
2)If any one is interested, we can go for group booking, so we can negotiate well.
