delayed possession

Q: We are very upset with M2K is delaying the allotment of flats.They promised that November 2012...there is no word till date....we will never recommernd this buider to our family or friends....can anyone help here?

Hi I got a rented accommodation at M2K symphony. I was unaware about the ongoing electricity issue there and just came to know that power supply would be given @ Rs. 20/- per unit for 8 hrs. Plz Any body can help me with real facts ???

We own a flat in m2k. It is in extremely bad shape in terms of electricity, water supply and the staff of m2k starting from plumber to higher marketing officers are absolutely useless, careless and irresponsible. Please Beware taking a flat in the same locality. And pass this message on to people.

Hi there..All those like me who have availed housing loans (from Axis Bank especially) are not getting Possession Letters because of the tussle between the bank and the builder over the NOC. Requesting you all to come together and fight the builder.

Hi All,
Finally got the confirmation from M2k people that posssesion letters have been issued. There is no electricity till yet. They will provide power back by genset with approx rate of Rs 12 per unit, which is very costly.
Looks like something is moving, nch by inch. Hope electricity issue will be resolved in next 2-3 months.

The builder has constructed illegal Basements in all plots which requires HUDA approval. Hopefully it will clear through this month. Next electricity and water connections will be applied. hope for 2 mnths for possession.

Hi Umesh,
This two month possession loop continues since past one year, contacted the authorities every month since than. Its since November 2012 that they are trying for Electricty and Water.. still no resolution. Water they have already given up, and Electricity connections are a Farcry for now. We are now just hoping to give the possession, since each month we are paying both EMI's and Rents simultaneously through out nose. And I can't tell you how painful is it to see our homes standing still, and biting dust and rust each day since past one year.
