I have seen isha infra misty green project in whitefeild. The plan looks good for me. I am not sure about the builder and would like to know any issues regarding this project. Kindly give suggestions..
I bought flat in Isha Misty Greens, builder charged us 1 year maintenance and then he didnt pay it, at the end we have to pay maintenance again. Soon after we got possession, there are seepage problem in our flat and builder is not fixing it. Almost every flat has seepage problem.
In all I wont suggest anyone to buy flat from Isha Infra group.
Both the projects are good and both of them are getting completed this year. Sobha Halcyon is a premium project, you really cannot compare these project with Sobha's.
I feel BM Glorieta is a better project than Isha Misty. The project is located in the hub of Software and IT Parks of Whitefield in the Borewell Road. BM Glorieta offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK Units totaling of 300 units spread across in 6 beautifully designed blocks. Each block is having 50 Units. All the apartments are well planned and spacious.
Not sure about BM Glorieta, but Isha Misty Green definitely BIG NO. Shoba you can go for it. Isha Misty Green Construction quality is bery very bad, they always use very bad quality of material and they always go for chapest one. At the time of booking they will say we will provide bla bla blah....later on they will ask for extra money for everything. Overall I would say please don't go with Isha Misty Green or any other projects with this builder.

Please don't go with Isha Misty Green, People who already booked suffering a lot with their management and quality of work which they providing is very bad. After booking a flat they will not listen to you for anything.

I bought two 3BHK flats in Misty Green at the end of Nov. They have provided me all the necessary documents and got it verified by the bank lawyer. They told all the documents looks good. I am also not sure about credibility of the builder and their quality of work. One of my friend who is in real estate staying in that area told good comments about this builder and so thought of give a shot. Please post if anyone had a bad experience.

Hi Shivam, here are my thoughts, for any real estate investment the only parameter that matters is location and for this project the location is awesome. By the time the project completes the per sq ft rate will go above 4000 per sq ft. so the appreciation what we will get is going to be excellent. I dont think the builder is a fraud, fraud builders get published a lot on the net .. if the builder is providing OC he is following the rules and hence will use good construction material i feel ... About the timely delivery I think we should expect + or - 3-5 months from what they are committing as its a huge project.. NOTE :- when a builder says he is giving possesion in Dec 2014 he is talking abt a flat only, not the whole project .. sometimes the flats will be ready but there will be huge work going on in the surroundings like corridor etc and we cannot have our families stay in such situations .. so i would make my plans taking a +5 months period. hope this helps ..
Hi Yesterday we boked a 2 BHK (1227 sq ft.)apartment in Isha Misty Green. The ongoing rate is INR 2875 / Sq Ft and we negotated it for INR 2825. Currently SBI, HDFC, LIC and SBM are financing the project. The project is apoproved by BBMP and they have given us a complete set of documents including a copy of the land purchase agreement between the builder and the owners. I even spoke to SBI, HDFV and LIC to confirm if they are funding the project and even visited SBI. Everything seems to be in order so far. I'll be completeing the agreement to sae and laon documentation this week and hope to get the loan (construction linked) sanctioned by end of next week. Hope this helps the group--Saurabh
Hi, they will even provide OC which is good. Please let me know if metro is propsed up nearby as showin in they project brochure. Also, is it worth booking an apartment with this builder ? Did you get the flat which you originally wanted ? Any details on this will help a lot in deciding whether to go for this property or not.

Hi All, Even I am planning to buy 2bhk in Isha Misy Green, I had a chat with the online agent( the chat site which pops up , when you log into Isha properties) , Chat lady told me , its approved by BBMP with occupancy certificate and zero deviation,kindly explain, what does that mean and how genuine the project is. Hello Pooja, BBMP approval and OC means that they will build the structure as claimed in the brochure and approved by the goverment. Many builders (Almost 90%) in Bangalore will take permissions for like 3 floors and then build 5 floors due to which the apt does not get an OC which becomes an issues when applying for Kaveri water connection or works related to Electricity board etc, when selling the apt and more so ... when Arkama Sakrama will take effect the occupancants will have to pay a fine.
OC is provided by only a handful of builders like SHOBHA, Brigade etc and hence their prices are pretty high and not much negotiable as well...
Normally builders who do not provide OC or are up for making deviations will tell you that upfront or give you hints about it so that you dont book an apt in their building ...

Hi I too have been considering to buy a 3BHK flat at Isha misty greens. I came to know they are about to complete their other project Isha casablanca at Panathur, , Marathahalli. I would like to visit this project to access the credibility of the builder. But since I am staying out of country it's not possible for me to personaly visit myself. Any feedback about these projects would be a great help.
I visited the misty green project yesterday and looks like all of us are stuck on the same point. Is this builder credible and what will be the overall quality of the project. I think the misty green project is in a great location (esp after the road is done) and looks like this project will appreciate . So even if i buy it now and for some reason offload it in 2015 i will still make a profit.

I had visited this place yesterday along with my wife and we shortlisted two flats to finalize one among them. As my friend also want to see before finalizing the flat I brought him to the apartment. Once I got ready to write the cheque he told that both flats were sold out just 10 mins ago and he shown one booking form (I believe that was a fake booking form). I was shocked with the answer. How can the flats that are unsold since the launch(two months before it was launched) was booking in 10 mins. Guys beware this guy is keeping good flats with him to sell them later at high price and selling garbage flats to customers saying he is giving for best in this area. If you go there you will definitely feel that you are cheated.
