Dears, does anybody knows about the current status of Premia Ltd. First Corporate City project in Sec 62, Noida? we have booked the business unit in June 2014 but have no idea what is happening with the project? Is there any group which is fighting for and on behalf of all the investors of this project? Please share the details.

I also invested in studio apartment in Premia 1st corporate city in Dec 12. Till date there is no construction work on land, but Premia has posted latest constructions update on their website, which is totally wrong. I applied for cancellation for my booking. But no reply was given till now. Plz advice me

Hii Guys , Premia is totally fraud. I invested in their corporate city Noida -62 under assured return. I paid 50% . They were suppose to give bank Guarantee which they refused after taking money . The assured return they gave for two months and than they stopped. They dont respond to email and calls. This is purely a fake company. As per this plan , you have to pay; At the time of booking- 10%, With in 30 days of booking- 40%+Car parking+Club membership+PLC, With in 180 to 365 days - 25%, With in 2 year- 25%, At the time of possession- Other charges.

Yes Mr Santosh, I agreed with you.Their construction already started and builder already delivered studios on the same site . Builder is providing bank guarantee on assured returns through nationalized bank where as premia not . Builder will offer possession in June 2016 .

In my point of view, the sq-ft price of this project is less then other builders . Imperia has delivered more than 32 commercial projects in delhi specially mohan cooperative near okhla where as premia doesnt having that much credibility . Well known reputed developer ,Premia group is setting bench marks in India real estate .

Just to caution others, I have been constantly demanding the approval papers from them and even did not sign MOU without approval papers in place. Around 1 month back, they asked me to visit their office and told to get my unit cancelled which i rejected as they still could not give me the approval papers. To my utter disappointed, they unilaterally cancelled my booking and deducted 20% of the booking. We have initiated legal action against Premia. Take guards for your hard earned money.
I'm in kind of same situation however pretty different as I want the cancellation to be done. In addition to 20% they are asking 10% more on name of commission paid to so called channel partner. Can you please tell me how I can file a case too.
I have discussed a lot about it with the developer and the developer is non-committal about unit number and date of posession both. I have already decided to move ahead with legal action as they do not have the required permissions to build the Self Use Studio till my last discussion 2 days back. Hi Preeti, They have not received building plan approval and it got rejected twice so only delaying customers. ping me if you need to know more. I have been chasing them for long.
I have also booked self use studio and paid 50% of amount.now they are demanding 25% in next installment.As i have not been allotted any unit no. till date. Dont know how to proceed in this case as there is no investor grievances forum like CREDAI for this developer. Pls help

Yatin, What is current condition of Premia Corporate city. Can we sell this in market? Do you have customer who wants to buy the professional lockable office space 150Sq Ft.
i think you should directly call the developer or also you can talk with the nearby registrar , check whether they have all the approvals or not or else check with the local brokers.
but i heard this a nice project Premia Corporate City located at Noida Extension on a 60 meter wide road and is sprawled over 15 acres of verdant land. It has 60 meter wide road in both sides with fully developed verdant belt in front and back. i think have a word with the local brokers
