Premia is not giving anything in writing at this moment and I heard they have some issues at Sec 62 location but greater noida location is approved and in premia's name. Provisional allotment has been verified and they assured i will get the same units but as you know its hard to belive builders when there r so many issue are going on in noida/gr noida . Hi Dipak, I had a meeting with Premia last week and they were non-comittal about anything. They simply told me to take my money back or go to court. I have already initiated legal course of actionas last resort. Just get the legal sanctity of your provisional allotment letter cross verified. Can you allot if you don't have approval/clearance from respective authority? I really suspect it?
is there any date of allotment for Villa and corp stuido office ? I have booked both and got MOU but they have given me provisional allotment letter but there is no penalty clause and date of allotment. is there any one can let me know if they have any ammendment in MOU or are they giving any allotment date with penalty clause ???
