Already 1 lakh apartment society are using Commonfloor Groups to bridge the gap of communication among the owners and MC ( Management Committee)
Just to caution others, I have been constantly demanding the approval papers from them and even did not sign MOU without approval papers in place. Around 1 month back, they asked me to visit their office and told to get my unit cancelled which i rejected as they still could not give me the approval papers. To my utter disappointed, they unilaterally cancelled my booking and deducted 20% of the booking. We have initiated legal action against Premia. Take guards for your hard earned money.
We have checked with Premia , There are no bookings in your name . If you have booking with any other name , please share at mail Id given above so that we can help you . And if you dont have any bookings plz stop misguiding people .
hi, i was looking to invest in premia corporate city and had found their project quite impressive... i guess you should check the payment slabs and the plan that you have chosen and talk to the builder regarding your problem.
Hi Vishal, Have you tried speaking to the builder regarding this? if there is no satisfactory reply from the builder i would suggest that you take an opinion from a legal expert.
