Q: Hi All, What possession date builder has promised you? when I booked the flat in Jan 2012, he was talking of possession by Dec2013. Later he said it would be in march 2014. But in agreement he put the date as sept2014. Saying that they take buffer of 6 months.
this is worst project to invest on .i have recently bought flat in bellacasa ready possesion and situation here is worst project and builder to invest into . residents are facing issues of water , electricity security . all builder people behave very nicely till possesion. but soon after possesion they start misbehaving. right from guard to CRM office people treat residents badly. builder is not concerned with any of our problems. daily we face electricity fluctuations which hass damaged my electronic appliances. no light garden area and paths, if we request or complain they behave like we are some beggars. a big no to this builder and this project
heres list of issues - 1. no amenities 2. daily water problem 3. bad security system they trouble only resident . 4. no Rain water harvesting,Gas connection,Water softner plant,CCTV cameras 5.unfair parking allotment done, most of parking is alloted to landowners and left few are distributed unfairly to residents. 6.low light at parking, garden and paths 7.There are many strrt lights damaged in society. 8. no Corporation water 9.Completion certificate for pending 10.Badminton court in full broken condition all floor coming out. 11.no light in floor lobbies 12. no corporation from builder , maintenance and CRM. 13. flats being sold at much lesser cost. 14. fake promises done 15. very low and bad quality tabs and facets and sinks fitted , all fake jaguar. 16. terrace and lobby all water dripping 17.walls are so weak and even a hit can crack and make hole in wall, list is endless. thus dont buy flat in this project . this all fake and waste of money
Thanks Ram for your guidance, I just want to say why the builder has made such kind of promises which he will not able to fulfill.
I think before investing in any project you should clearly check all the provision made by the builder..

hi bablu, we come to know about the problems when we start living there. from outside it looks always good.now residents tolerance level is crossed all residents started protesting infront of sales office. still builder isnt bothered. past week a resident was brutally beaten by landowner goons in front of security . builder manipulated the victims and didnt let them file police complaint. they are not providing proper security. if you people want to know you can visit society on sunday evening to see resident protest.

for your information i would like to suggest you to check clause mentioning the compensation the builder will have to pay in case he delays the possession. if he is mentioning some other date in that clause please ask him to make it september 2014 as he is already taking the buffer in count.
