Q:I have purchased a flat with Shah Bafna Associates with project name Costa Blanca, baner, PuneThe personal secretary(Ganesh) of the builder(Rohit Shah) turn out to be big liar.Before buying there were lot small things were pending like below:Cleaning on the window trail: This is pending from July 2017Door change or fixing as it is swollen from one side now: Pending from Oct 2017My name plate is still not fixed at the ground floor., pending from August 2017Glass rack in kitchen is missing and have been informed from couple of months but still not fixed yet.Net is missing from one of the drain present in the balcony.Monetary issuesAfter they received all the money then they started showing their real colors.They have stopped accepting calls dont care about their commitments.I am feeling cheated now so I would request you be beware of hypocrite in Shah Bafna asociates and advise you not to buy anything from them if you are planning so.

Better, if you spend a little amount on property lawyer for hassle-free buying. Secondly, you should read all the clauses mentioned in the sale deed before signing it. Money once goes will never come back.
Q:Out of so many projects the only one that catches your eye in Baner is Western Hills.I have seen too many number of apartments & the ones in Western Hills are spacious & simply perfect.Good housing option for first home buyers

Q:Hi All, What possession date builder has promised you? when I booked the flat in Jan 2012, he was talking of possession by Dec2013. Later he said it would be in march 2014. But in agreement he put the date as sept2014. Saying that they take buffer of 6 months.
Latest Answer: this is worst project to invest on .i have recently bought flat in bellacasa ready possesion and situation here is worst project and builder to invest into . residents are facing issues of water , electricity security . all builder people behave very nicely till possesion. but soon after possesion they start misbehaving. right from guard to CRM office people treat residents badly. builder is not concerned with any of our problems.
daily we face electricity fluctuations which hass damaged my electronic appliances. no light garden area and paths, if we request or complain they behave like we are some beggars.
