I would say never buy in SAS Swaroop. Builder is a cheater. They will promise you many things..but end of the day nothing. there are many things still they are supposed to complete. We as tenants running behind for each and everything. But still many things pending. So before buying think about 100 times. good luck !!

dont by any properties belongs to SAS developers..they are cheater. Ask to SAS swaroop tenannts..These guys will talk many things..but wont do anything...big cheater
