is DC conversion mandatory in Akarma Sakarma to convert to A khata?
Q: I am staying in an apartment in bangalore, it is B khata, and builder has not DC converted the land. now i know that when Akarma sakarma is effective in bangalore, we can convert from B khata to A khata, but is DC conversion mandatory for that? can we get A khata if the building is not DC converted.
i have read in the following website that DC conversion is required for akarma sakarma, is it true?
The only thing that matters relating to layout is the jurisdiction which is BDA, BMRDA, and BIAPPA etc. An approved layout has same khata for all the sites but when there is an additional layout without getting the approval is termed as illegal and also people believe that this is in the actual layout which is not. DC Conversion is a must and without it you can not get A Khata for your apartment and B Khata properties are having many disadvantages. I would suggest you to consult a legal expert who can suggest to if it is possible for you to get A Khata for the property or not.
