Hi all,
Is there any 3BHK flats available for sale in in Skanda Sky, Marathahalli, Bangalore? What is its cost and which local body has approved this project? Can i get a home loan for this project? Which all financial institutions are offering housing loan?

Hello Niketan,
There are few 3BHK flats available for sale in Skanda Sky, Marathahalli, Bangalore from 1660-1806 sq-ft. The cost will be around Rs. 83 lacs to Rs. 96 lacs.

It is a BBMP approved project and almost all the financial institutions such as Corporation Bank | Bank of Baroda | HDFC Bank | State Bank of India | ICICI Bank are offering housing loan.
