Q: it is not A khata property..there are lot of deviation in plan.. they made 7th floor instead of 6.. than how can they get A khata.. unless and untill they dont get OC buy paying penalty dont buy it. ohter wise you wont able to sell it

The project offers only 3 bhk apartments and it will cost you around Rs 95 lakhs excluding registration. Yes the project is Vaastu Complaint.

Hi Chirag, the sales person told me that it is Basement+ Ground+ 7 floors structure and they are having BBMP as well as A khata. The concern person also told me that they are waiting for the Occupancy Certificate yet
