Hi all, I had visited the site today and wanted to post an update. Of all the proposed/planned structures and amenities, only the Aqua apartment blocks A-E are almost complete, along with a small garden and childrens play area rest is still vast stretches of emptiness, though they have marked the sites which have the hospital/ retail etc. The sales guy claimed the hospital, school and Retail mall would be complete by 2016. The commercial space including the IT offices he said may be done by 2019. Cauvery water connection is there but will not be started till 2016. Borewells and rainwater harvesting are supplementary water sources.
Hi all, What is the latest on this Ozone Group? As I am thinking to buy one flat there. Can any one tell me what is the latest on possession of the flats and what is the status of project now? As their sales person is saying there won’t be any delays! I am a little confused by reading so many bad reviews.

All day to day facility requirements like shopping centres as well supermarkets are located close by. Not only this, recognized as well affiliated schools are also located in close proximity to this project. As i had a word with the developer regarding project and got that the possession will be March'2016. My personal advise to you that don't go on any rumors and visit their office and check all the required documents.

Hi Krupa, Yes the construction work on full pace and hope that the resident owner will get their possession on time. Even, i have booked 2BHK flats in Ozone urbana, seeing the location and the amenitites they are providing. I read lot of negative things on this project but I still believe they will come up for sure as they are building this near BIA and looking at the no. of projects running in North Bangalore. If they fail to do this project they should move out of real estate sector .
