For booking an apartment how much do we have to pay and what about the return on investment.

You just have to pay 10% down payment starting Rs 6.5 lakhs for booking and they are saying assured rental returns for 2 years, after possession.

I feel it is worth as the project is located on NH 7,next to BIAL flyover. The area is developing very fast and you can also expect appreciation in the near future.

The real estate market started booming in Devanahalli when the new Bangalore Internation Airport was constructed. Properties in Devanahalli have witnessed a record increase in demand mainly due to the presence of the Bangalore International Airport and excellent connectivity

Ozone Urbana offers 2 bhk as well 3 bhk apartments ranging from 937 sqft to 1200 sqft. The approx sale price for 2 BHK range from 33lac to 38 whereas for 3 BHK's it ranges from 40lac to 44 lac. The possession of the project depend upon phase to phase and the final phase is expected to get completed by 2016.
