Good morning Lal Kishor, Which projects of DB Realty are you talking about? There are two project named DB Orchid Ozone and DB Orchid Heights. You didn't mentioned the complete name and the BHK so, i am little bit confused here. If you are talking about DB Orchid Ozone then yes, there are few 1/2BHK flats available for resale in it.

Agree with Aejaz. Also in case you have entered into the agreement with the builder, please check your agreement for the date of possession. Even I have booked in 2010 but am sure once the property comes up, its value will surely be much more than what it could fetch now. Also if you try to sell the same now, the builder will ask for Rs 1000/sqft as charges without which he will not give NOC to the purchaser. No point in selling now unless your circumstances are extremely compelling.

I agree to your view. I just visited on 23rd June. I found that the progress is substantial in the last 4 months. They have engaged one additional contractor as a back up for Man constructions. If they want they will complete the entire RCC work in one year from now. The front side buildings can be taken up for finishing works and can be handed over in a year. But still seeing the present labour crisis and financial problems, one can expect atleast 2 more years. But mind well, this will fetch atleast 12000 psf after a year from now once the front side buildings are handed over.
Prices are low as well.. builders/investors are not ready to buy this property. if someone is ready..then offer is very low compare to current market rate and apperantly we've to put ourself in loss. People have already invested their money here before 2-3 yrs and now it'll take more 3-4 yrs would b very difficult to sustain. Money is stuck due to which ppl can't buy another property as well.
Prices are low presently and this is the main reason of people buying property here. i believe you should have patience and the prices will increase in another 3 to 4 years. Dahisar is an long term investment potential.
