Question about DB Ozone
Q: Hi, have visited DB ozone & have found the property interesting. Would like to know if its good to go considering the long delay in project delivery (still is in progress). Hope all the documents are cleared & updates if any.

Latest Answer: Hello Jayaksh, I have bought one in building no-9 buildings 1 to 4 have been given possession. They are giving contracts to finish the work. The project is registered under MAHA RERA and its RERA Registration number is P51700003433. So, they are bound to finish the project by Dec 2019. All the documents uploaded are clear. You can also visit the MAHARERA Website for detail information.

Latest Answer: Hi Janet, Even me and my family palnning to buy flats in DB Realy's current project DB Orchid Heights in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. But i heard a lot of bad reviews in several sites and news paper about this builder. After that we have changed our mind and looking for some other project in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

Latest update on Orchid Ozone.
Q: Has anybody got the latest update on the project. I don't think the Project is in good state. Everytime I visited the site, new story has been narated to me by the officials for the delays and the new schdule. I think it is time that the owners should have a word with the DB officials. As it seems we all owners have taken things for granted. No doubt today the DB Relaty share price would go down, on fridays news of Etisalte want to proceed with legal action aganist Swan Telecome. Why we owners has to take all these issue on our property, have we thought these things at the time of purchase. I strongly suggest we should come together and meet the officials with deadlines. If we don't do this, I don't think project will complete even by 2015.
