Q: if some buying this mahima nest, ask the builder to provide the approved plan, Mahima nest building FSI, front road width, building land width. compare with approved document. lot of BDA violation we can observe. FSI rating is more than 3. this is not allowed for 24 feet road as per BDA rules. bulider claims flat 1160sqft without common area. if you measure as per plan t comes around 850 sqft only. land width he claims 35 feet. but in land document its only 32 feet. pleaase clarify all these before proceed further.
Check before investing. Ask the builder for approved plan and fsi ratio. Check with this with bda rules. Measure the front road of the apartment. Fsi calculated from road width.I lost my money. Dont belive in any false commitment.
they have commited to complete this project before october 2013. but till date they have not started the construction. i don knw the builder Ashis what magic is going to do. the BDA violation he himself is agreeing and he informed that he paid money to the officers to overcome this. this has to be noticed to BDA officers and further investigation has to be carried out before more people getting cheated. i lost my booking amount.
