Q:if some buying this mahima nest, ask the builder to provide the approved plan, Mahima nest building FSI, front road width, building land width. compare with approved document. lot of BDA violation we can observe. FSI rating is more than 3. this is not allowed for 24 feet road as per BDA rules. bulider claims flat 1160sqft without common area. if you measure as per plan t comes around 850 sqft only. land width he claims 35 feet. but in land document its only 32 feet. pleaase clarify all these before proceed further.
