Non fulfilment of promise by builder

Q: The builder had promised that he will give access to dry balcony once the OC comes now he is denying his promise and has said the buyer may do it himself. What actions are other buyers are planing ?

Do you already have the possession of the property? if you do not have a registered apartment association in that case you should have one as soon as possible.

do have it in written by the builder that he will provide you access after obtaining the OC? if you have you can go to consumer court and file a case against the builder
