I think its good for investment and will definitely return good after few years once the main roads are tarred up.

As far as area is concerned, all the houses in this area connected with underground sewage system and cauvery water pipe connection.This is the only area which was left undeveloped earlier which lies in city limits of Bangalore.

Annasandrapalya is changing now. Cross roads are done with concrete just a few months before.

Annasandrapalya is surrounded by areas like LB Shastri nagar has been on the lower side when coming to the price. You can get good livable houses there for cheap price, but I would not advice you to invest in this area
