Dear Rituraj

Property appreciation is directly related to potential development of the area. As far as Hebbal is considered Hebbal has seen lot of development being in the lap of International Airport. It is K R Puram turn. It is included into BBMP and huge developmental activities are going on. Hence, k R Puram has the higher appreciation for for lower investment today.
