How is Mysore road as a locality? What are the challenges the locality is witnessing?

The residential market along Mysore Road cater to the needs of people from all walks of life. While many localities around here are developed, there are few that have only recently been identified as profitable investment avenues, making residential plots the dominant property type in this region. But due to the growing interest of the reputed developers in investing in areas around Mysore Road, many high-rise apartments are also found in the area.

In spite of being an arterial road, providing excellent inter- and intra-city connectivity, few junctions of Mysore Road face regular traffic snarls, disrupting smooth road connectivity. Moreover, the upcoming Metro work construction would just increase traffic congestion at these junctions, adding to the existing traffic issues.

I feel paying Rs 58 lakhs for a 2 bhk in Mysore is very much worth. Moreover, the rate per square feet is lower than the average price in this location :) :)

Kumar Princeville is spread over 3 acres of land with 3 towers. There will be 150 Units and the structure is G + 13 floors.

Yes of course you can expect good appreciation because the project is near to RV College of Engineering, 4 flats per floor with 2 high speed elevators, Next to Global Village tech park, Nayandahalli metro station is just 10 Mins drive and Proposed kengeri metro station at your door step.

The project is under construction and the project is expected to get completed by June 2016. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks.

Hey Joy, Are they going to give the possession by June 2016 for all the three towers ( A, B, & C). How much is the rate per sqft going on currently?

As far as I know, Tower C is getting completed by July 2016 and Tower B by Dec 2016. Tower A is not yet launched.

Currently the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3950.
