The size of an integrated township differs from 40 acres to as large as 3,000 acres or more. Devanahalli has two mixed development which are under construction. The first is a 150 acres is set to be operational by 2018, the other project is over 130-acre project to be complete by 2017. A 28 acres mixed used development is coming in Whitefield, Phase I of the project is expected to be completed in 2017
