Q: Can anyone tell me what is the price they are quoting for the plots as well as villas?

Yes it is true that the JR layout are cow sheds, that's the joint development agreement done by them with land owners. So even if the layout is BMRDA approved, the villagers will own the land and would be free to use the layout as grazing ground for cows. Cows and their owners do not need permission to enter the layout, while residents are threatened by JR Housing developers that they'll stop the residents and site owners from entering the layout.
Last week I was in the layout and have taken pictures where its is clear that either, this is a village and not a layout or the developer has really started dairy business.
Now we all can understand the standard of development of JR properties

Standard of Development is top notch and it has got nothing to do with Cows ! :).

J.R Housing has set a lot of benchmarks in the standard of development in residential layouts. First company to develop 60ft, 80ft and 150ft wide main roads in Private layouts. The latest offerings of the company like JR Urbania, JR Greenwoods, JR Greenpark Lakefront are a cut above the rest. Same can be verified with a site visit if not a visit to the company's website.

JR Greenwich Phase 2 has been approved by BDA. The project offers 3 and 4 BHK Lifestyle Villas with built up 2000 sqft to 3000 sqft.on Sarjapur Road. It is around 3 km from Wipro corp. office. The price of the apartment starts from Rs.1.45 Cr on wards

Dinesh Puttur is hoping that people don't take time to read up the report.

What the report says is, entire Bangalore has an average ground water table, and infact Anekal region fares better in ground water table and content.

Ongoing price at JR Urbania : Rs.1700/Sft to Rs.1950/Sft.

Dear All,
Dinesh Puttur is an online marketing executive who claims to be a retired geologist. Basically working for a competitor's firm, who has been going trying to mislead few clients.

JR Urbania is the finest development and a bench mark by J.R Housing in that segment.
The company just inaugurated two blocks of JR Urbania : JR Urbania Prime and JR Urbania North Block on 25th January 2014, two months ahead of schedule, witnessed by the Chief guest, Honorable Housing Minister, Govt. of Karnataka.
Karnataka Housing Board has already completed 736 acres of development with 100s of houses abutting JR Urbania. KHB has further acquired 2200 Acres of lands next JR Urbania, the works for which are expected to commence this month. Till date KHB has been the only transparent govt. agency which has delivered houses, plots and apartments in 1000s of acres through out Karnataka, which is a know fact. KHB has done all the feasibility for theiresidential township.

Any idea why SBI will not approve the loan for JR Housing ?

JR Nexus, JR Greenwich and JR Greenpark has approvals from SBI if you are looking at a Villa or Apartment loan. Rural branches of SBI fund the BMRDA approved plotted projects, however the main City branches of SBI wouldn't fund any BMRDA approved plotted projects. The same can be verified at SBI.

JR Urbania and its surroundings are truly residential without any industrial establishments, which means much lesser air, noise and water pollution.The cost of owning a home at J.R Urbania is at-least 10 times cheaper than owning a home at Koramangala today.

I do not think SBI is providing loan for this project. Banks line HDFC, DHFL and Indiabulls are providing loan for the project.
