I feel the approach road is too narrow to accommodate so many people from different upcoming projects? Do not know what is going to happen in the future.
I would advice you to go for Prestige Sunrise Park the reason is because the project is located in the heart of the City Electronic City which is one of the most preferred and well planned official location. Secondly the project is from the A Grade builder in Bangalore, that is Prestige and last but not the least the project is exactly 1 Km from the India’s Largest Mall coming up in Electronic city that is NEO Mall

Hey Gurmeet!!! I do not think property price will fall drastically. May be the property price will go down but not that much. If you ask me I would say that you should invest at this point of time because after the PRR, Neo Mall and Hiranandani mall get operational you can expect a very good return.

Hi Parag, Now they are quoting Rs 4250 per sqft which is pre launch price after launch they might increase the price to Rs 4800 to Rs 5000. The prices are absolutely fixed and no negotiation is there.
Hi Dwarkesh, Today I had a word with the marketing guy and he is telling that the project is in pre launch stage and the expected possession date is by 2017. Dude Did you book an apartment in this project?
I feel that You should go with Smondo 4, it is a township project, the project is getting completed before Prestige Sunrise Park and on top of that they are giving discount on the rate per sqft but Prestige is not ready to give any kinda discount. :) :)
You can expect appreciation in future as the project is hardly 1 km from the “India’s Largest Mall” , NEO Mall and 1.5 km from the “E-city Metro Station”
