Right now the average selling price going on in Electronic city Phase I is Rs 3767 approximately. Tne price of a 2bhk will cost you around Rs 60 lakhs excluding registration.
I do not think property price is going to fall. It is better to invest at this point of time because after the PRR, Neo Mall and Hiranandani mall get operational you can expect a very good return. :) :)

They were quoting Rs 4250 per sqft which was a pre launch price and they said that they might increase the price to Rs 4800 to Rs 5000 after the launch. The prices are absolutely fixed and no negotiation is there.
The project offers 1 bhk ( 631 sqft), 2 bhk (1123 sqft to 1154 sqft), 2.5 bhk ( 1363 sqft ) and 3 bhk ( 1603 sqft to 1647 sqft). There will be approximately 1900 apartments and all the leading banks are giving home loan for this project.
When I called them may in the mid of this month, they said the project was in pre-launch stage and they said that they are going to give possession of the project by 2017. Any one any idea whether they have launched the project or not?
